Contact support
Use the form below for anything about your account, a payment, a hand, an event, a promotion, fair play, responsible gaming, privacy or a technical problem. It reaches the room's support inbox whether or not you are signed in. Include the hand, transaction or event id and the approximate time in UTC for anything about a hand or a payment.
Riverline staff will never ask for your password, your authenticator code or your recovery codes.
Account and sign-in
Sign in with your username or email and password, or by proving ownership of a linked wallet. Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is set up in Account → Security and is required for every withdrawal.
- Lost your authenticator: use one of the recovery codes issued at enrolment.
- Lost your password: use the reset link on the sign-in page.
- Suspicious session: Account → Sessions lists every device and lets you sign any of them out.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposit USDC to the address the cashier generates for you on Polygon. Your balance is held in US dollars: the deposit is credited in USD at the exchange rate in force when it confirms, after the confirmations shown for that chain, and the cashier shows that rate and when it was last checked. Withdrawals are stated in USD and paid out in USDC at the rate you are quoted, go to a verified address, require your authenticator code every time, and are held for 24 hours when the address is new. The withdrawal policy explains the timings.
A hand you want reviewed
Open the hand in Hand history and use Replay to see the settled action. To check the deal, use the verifier: it recomputes the shuffle from the seed committed before the hand. If you believe a rule was misapplied, contact support with the hand ID; decisions follow the house rules.
Limits and taking a break
Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are in Account → Limits. A decrease takes effect immediately; an increase waits. Self-exclusion closes every session and cannot be reversed during the period you choose.
Report a security issue
If you find a vulnerability, report it privately through the security address on the operator site rather than in chat or public channels. Good-faith research within the bug bounty rules in Security and fair play is welcome.
